LIST OF NAMES OF MY WCB ABUSERS

Twylla Elliott, my case manager
Sabotaged my recovery by changing the doctors recommendations, and even cancelling my doctors appointments. She should be rotting in jail for crimes against me, as well as other injured workers.
I have even complained to her supervisor, Andrea Mooney, and she is no better.
I also want to list Dr. Ron Henderson. Dr. Henderson, who is paid by the WCB can examine you in 10 to 15 minutes and know everything about you. Dr. Henderson then writes a report that is always favourable towards the WCB, and makes big bucks doing so. Then the injured worker is abused, and suffering even more.
I AM MAD AS HELL AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE
I ADVISE ALL INJURED WORKERS TO POST THE PEOPLE THAT ARE ABUSEING THEM ON THIS LIST, FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE.
I WANT TO SEE THIS LIST GROW AND GROW.

Good idea. In my case there are a hundred psychopathic abusers to list. Including doctors who refuse treatment and by doing so increase my pain and suffering 100 fold. I have been singled out for the most extreme torture here by the Newfoundland government because they, as we all know now, are in cahoots wih WSIB Onario. I had one of those 15 minute exams also. Not nearly enough investigation to detemine he true extent of my dsabilities.
In my case my case manager Sylvia Tarasoff Scharback is the reason I am disabled and we are going to court asap, because she has some questions i would like answered? LIKE... Why did she LIE to me about my injury/ Why did she try to play doctor and deny me my physicians recommendations that caused me further injury ? This is just a start- I could go on and on- Why she cancelled my specialists appointment when she knew that I was injured and needed help!

As an injured worker, I spend a lot of my time, passing the days on Twitter...I have met some amazingly supportive individuals there. BUT, unfortuntely have also encountered a horridly vicious woman that tries to speak volumes about things she knows nothing about such as injured workers. I have tried to end the nonsense several times-yet like a rabid dog she and her cruel heart continue to return over & over again.
Despite not responding to her-she continues to come back and slam injured workers as "losers just trying to milk the system." It makes my blood boil as anyone that has dealt with these workers comp boards knows the TRUTH.
There are only a couple of people on Twitter that know the abuse of these injured workers so therefore I have no one to state the truth. It has become just so childish and immature and I feel like I am stuck in some kindergarten nightmare. Let me assure you, I would never respond to such nonsense as I am way above it however-she has gone way to far and I need the support of my fellow injured workers. Normally I would not ask anyone to become involved in such nonsense and truly I still do not wish to-however it is people like her that continue to perpetuate the myth that injured workers are all liers and are trying to milk the system. I am at my wits end and don't want to leave Twitter. If any of you are on Twitter-I am sure you know how great it can be for networking and finding like-minded individuals. I do really like it and don't want to go but unless I can get this crazy woman to leave me alone-I won't have a choice.

Is not GLM Industries owned by Nisku Alberta, Even though I was injured in Saskatchewan and live in Athabasca Alberta....The reason being is that I was told by a lawyer in NorthBattleford that I could not sue,,,, yet the following is going on....
I was injured on the job Feb.11, 2007 at (the now called) GLM Industries L.P. This injury permanently affected a preexisting back injury from April 25/2003 at (then called) GLM Tanks & Equipment. While employed at GLM in Battleford, Saskatchewan (Head Office located in Calgary, AB (403)231-2730), I stayed with my mother. WCB claim with Shelley Ryerson (phone #1-306-964-1289), had surgery March 17/08 on lower back, Surgeon Dr.Allan Woo, MD performed the surgery, during surgery he nicked my "dural sack" that surrounds the spinal cord, (to this day I have) lots of flair-ups returning to work program and 8 weeks of physiotherapy , sent home Nov.20/08 by the foreman Lyle Olson it was a bad flair up and hard time walking. Seen Dr. Rodney L. Runge 306-445-8322 put me back on light duties, could not do my regular Welding job as a Journey Person they had me doing light duties, Dean Hartman (Plant Manager) talked to me about being unproductive due to my injury. Laid me off March 12/2009, Moved home to Alberta where my wife and son are. Still having major back and leg pain, had EMG in Saskatoon with Dr. Voll Aug.13/2009, I was told by DR. Voll that there is nerve damage. WCB will not pay for my travel from Athabasca, Alberta to Saskatoon, SK. Shelley Ryerson said,"we only cover from North Battleford to Saskatoon or North Battleford to any appointment's because that's where you were injured". I was to receive a PFI % payout one year after the day of surgery. Shelley Ryerson has not yet to this day sent me an offer for the injury?

While working on the Duck Pond Mine project i was injuried and have spent the last three years of my life being butchered by the hands of workers compensation at the grand falls division At this point and time in my life i feel that ihave no where to turn and that my home family and personal life has been reduced to trash .Ihave been overloaded with a mountain of paperwork unpaid perscriptions travel claims,that they now say are expired All information from my family DR have been disreguarded i have been denied visits to see specialist pertaining to my injury.some of my injury,s include significant soft tissue damage neck and sholder girdle, midback, lower back,inguinal hernia grade two wiplash Some of the medications i am now taking include .dilauda 4mg dilauda 2mg hydromorph contin6mg and hydromorph contin3mg apo zopiclone 7.5mg courtiscosteroid, robaxsil ,prevcid, locec, cialis some of my daily symptoms include severe headaches constant neck midback and low back pain continous pain in both hands and feet ,shaking in hands and legs a very low tollerance to the cold to the point of locking up and not being able to move at all.Ihave a sleep disorder and have been tested by specialest in that field and they conclud that i wake up or have some sort of sleep disruption aprox 200 times in an 8hr period workers comp have been video tapeing me my children and friends they follow me around every time that i leave my house.Just two days ago they call me in to grand falls to view some of the activities they claim that i have been doing .so in three years thay have managed to scrap together acouple of minutes of videotape of me taking out the garbage at my girlfriends building i go there to rest when my kids have friends over to play video games and such. It amazes me at all the time , money they spend trying to fuck you over and how little trying to help .I have spent 30 years in the workforce and i miss it very much but i am disabled and nothing can change that ijust wish that for the very few times that i feel able to do something that i dont have a camera down my back these videos contained pictures of my 14 year old daughter and 21year old son and friends so don,t they have some rights to If there is a lawyer anywhere that ia willing to help me out in this situation please email me Ihave plenty of evidence and witnesses to back my story likewise any reporter willing to publish my story in the news .Icould go on and on and i am willing to elaberate to any one willing to listen my phone #is1709-539 2144

I'm writing on behalf of my brother who has been getting the runaroung for over 7 months. WCB makes him work 4hrs a day then physio. they even sent him to calgary for an mri. the doctor at physio saw it and said his ankle is fractured. torn ligaments fluid build up etc. but the so called specialist disagrees. say's he needs more physio and to see a pain specialist. I have been a nurse for 20 years, the last 10 in orthopedic surgery. there is something very serious going on here. Do you know of some kind of patient advocacy group or someone I can contact for help. please, anyone. Thank you.

When the physiotherapy centre told chris droboot that I needed help, he denied me any help whatsoever and is the reason I was further injured;
Sask WCB employees are the most despicable people on this planet, and should be in jail for their crimes against humanity;

I was injured @ work to the point that no doctor can deny my claim, but that is just the start of my nightmare. I like everyone else can not sue even though the company was at fault and charged. No one from the OHS or workplace went to jail because one of the government officials heading the investigation used to work there.
Now I am subject to the abuse and ridicule that SASK WCB likes to give everyone, the constant lies, missed payments, and not awarding me what I am entitled to.
I live a life of constant pain and ridicule without you asshole making it fucking worse.
My fight has just begun SASKWCB and it looks like I'm not alone.
